"Clothing Optional" Day

The freshmen class is reading the book Twisted. Chapter 22 of the book talks about the girls of the high school and how they were dressed.It also talked about how the girls got mad at the guys for looking at them
 Should there be a dress code in school? In my opinion i think people should be allowed to dress how they want but at the same time there should be some limitations.
Sexual harrasment can go both ways. some girls have minds like guys.
